I don't know about how all of you bleed your brakes, but I prefer to vacuum bleed them at the wheel cylinders.
There are some inexpensive ones on E-Bay. I take out the bleeder screws and give them a nice coat of heavy
grease to keep from sucking air from around the threads. Then I bleed each one...
Bottom line is DOT 5 has been chosen by our Military for all vehicles. The stuff gets churned up and air bubbles
are produced by the ABS pump in a regular vehicle, so it's a No No for ABS Systems. No ABS in sevice vehicles.

What he said! And don't even think you are going to T.I.G. weld all of those spot welds! My neighbor bought a YesWelder
for M.I.G. and it works well and is not alot of MooLa. You do need to get the shielding gas though.
So, an armature is a rotor because it rotates and a stator, weather it has field coils or magnets
is called a stator because it's stationary. More to come on which starters are permanent or wound!
If you are going to drill it out, drill a 3/8" hole dead center by center-punching it and start with a 1/8" bit.
Once you drill the guts out with the 3/8" drill, the bolt should collapse somewhat and then "rattle" it with a
punch and hammer while keeping it wet with penetrating oil of some type...
The Dakota mini starters are made by Denso and they have permanent magnets in the stator
so they have alot more torque. Like everyone said, Don't look back
