THis is the reason I installed the Pirate Jack setup. The Gold colored booster and master setup from Right Stuff Detailing failed with only about 200 actual driving miles on it. And its the second one that failed another one in the 71 I installed lasted about the same time.
AVOID THESE.
Pirate Jack booster master combo works great and looks pretty good.
Installed one of these on the Road Runner and works and looks great.
This is the one I installed.

I cant recall the actual amount of time but there is curing time for the por15 then shaping and sanding. Probably no more than 4 hours of actual time not including the curing time. But I may be way off on that.
The one in the Roadrunner was in worse shape than yours. I used por15 putty and many hours of sanding and shaping but the end results are good. I'm your neighbor lol..
Yep you are correct I misspoke on that. I can be wrong and was lol. Still wonder where he got those tabs or if he made them. I should have edited my post because I knew the 70 sway bar was wider than the 69.
I bought a PST idler arm for a 71 Satellite. I was impressed with the quality of the part. I bought Moog prior to getting this one from PST. I will never buy a moog part again.
I have his 383 sitting in my garage and its been here for 2 years waiting on him to buy parts. He still has not bought anything for the engine. Its the original engine to his car.
Yea my plan was to get the bolt before the car came here so I can get it out of my yard faster. These guys do nothing on my time its whenever they feel like it.
Friend of mine had a bolt come out and leave the building... Its the bolt that holds the caliper bracket in place. Does anyone know the size of this bolt. I mean I was trying to get ahead of the car coming here and have the parts on hand. Its a 1971 Satellite But has an aftermarket spindle and I...
Measure the distance from the flange on the axle to the inside of the backing plate flat area. Then measure the drum in the same places. Seems to me its bottoming out. Or use the old carpenters trick with some lipstick and around the entire backing plate to see if it transfers the lipstick to...
I have a 70 style mounted under the 69 K-Member and hooked up to the QA1's It works just as good. Its not really any different than the factory 69. Just moved the mounting brackets over a little.
Have a look at these hoses for a 1976 Dodge Diplomat. https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/c/brakebest-hardware-hydraulics/brakes/brake-hydraulics/brake-hose/b5f009f547f7/brakebest-17-5-8-inch-brake-hose/bhs0/bh88971/v/a/1860/automotive-car-1978-dodge-diplomat?pos=1
They have been on the car for 50ish years I would say you can trust them as long as the thread pitch is the same and they are tightening correctly I wouldn't see a problem.
