It has the long water pump...I have three of those in stock. My engine is a '73.
I believe you are correct on the Saginaw pump. Available pretty cheap as they are abundant at the parts houses and online.

Ok....I finally got brackets for my LA 318 so I can mount the power steering pump and alternator on the engine.
My question...
What did a '65 Coronet 273 car use for the power steering pump? I don't have a pump but I do have the steering gear on the car .
Was one pump preferred over another...
Use a deep socket and wobble or ujoint and a long extension. 3/8" drive. Soak the hell out of everything with your favorite penetrant.
Soak that brake line, too.
No need for a dual master cylinder. IMHO
