As far as I know there is no lower boot on a Hurst shifter. All Inland shifters had both. I built 2 1970 Road Runners with stock Hurst shifters without lower boots.
After 60 years colors fade some even when maintained properly. As far as I know there was only one E code dark blue color. I have assumed that the Plymouth and Dodge color in dark blue are the same as I only have Plymouth B bodies from 66. Both of my 66's have the light blue interior. Exterior...

Not much difference between 67 and 68. I have noticed that the 67 wheels tend to be more glossy and slicker than the 68's. Honestly that's hard to tell from a picture.
OK, has the dash been cut? The radio should slide in from the back of the dash and nuts on the control knobs hold it in place along with the front bezel. Then there is a bracket that attracts to the back of the radio to support it at the back.
