When I was a British Triumph collector I had a TR3A trans with GL5 lube... the brass syncros went cafluey in 5 years.
Used GL4 from then on... I found a Mobil wholesale house that sold me the GL4 at 1970's prices since that's how old his stock was!
Kias and Hyundai's share engines...and all of their crankshaft issues.... I know a tech that sez they see a dozen bad engines a month. Long blocks are in national backorder.

I have been using Kirker paint for 20 years. A couple years ago I saw my old Peterbilt that I painted in 2005...shined like a babys ***. Single stage urethane.
A transmission doesn't need hypoid gear lube like 80w90 etc. because a trans does not receive the shock loads like a R&P receives. But it does work...

Still plans on using those Speedmaster heads...

My '04 LeSabre has 262,000 miles.
I have spent about $500 per year on maintenance for the 9 years I have owned it...brakes, struts, coil packs, a/c comp, wheel bearings, plugs, serpentine belt...all minor stuff.
I fix things when they break.
I have a local shop do my work. I save my time for...
Back around 1999 I was hauling automotive supplies and parts around the eastern US.
I picked up two pallets of paint products (the metallic additive for DuPont's flip flop paint) to be delivered to one of their Detroit mfg. facilities.

Word of warning ... We had very bad luck with repro GM fans breaking blades on our dirt track engines.
I would guess that the aftermarket Mopar fans are not much better.
Best to stick with OEM.
