Question becomes how correct do you want it to be.... You can get the original color codes for a 74 Dodge, what you have is probably what was called Light Parchment... Ditzler code 23938... However the reality is not all the parts were the same color, look at your upper & lower door panel...

First, Welcome to the site!! Sorry to hear you had to endure Unisteer first hand...You should probably go post an introduction in the "New Members" forum... From your first post it sounds like you've seen the reality of a lot of the kind of aftermarket "Support" Mopars get..
By the time you finally got to the shop I'd already been to the shop, I'd accomplished what I needed to get done & I'd gone back home... Where I'm sitting in my chair like a lazy POS...
Thank You Sir!! You didn't need to look it up... Knowing they exist means I don't have to build them.... And I would have tracked them down... But you've made it easy.. So thanks!!!
Is it coming through the cable? Or from the point where the cable housing meets the trans housing? If it's coming from the point where the black cable housing meets the metal adapter I would use adhesive lined Heat shrink tubing to seal the black sleeve to the metal housing... Same fix that's...
The bolt doesn't.. (stating the obvious) In the past I've used radiator overflow hose to make sleeves where the bolts pass through the glass and regular rubber washers on E bodies...
But here's a kit for the repo parts...
Well, since the paint codes were LL & TT I jokingly combined them to LT... Which could be lieutenant, Could be Lawrence Taylor... Hell it could be Large Tits... What ever it means it was meant to be humorous.... Hence the ... So hopefully your amused & not grumpy...
