I am using a complete system with the temperature cycling switch on the suction line from Bouchillon. I have had it for 10 years. No issues. It cycles the compressor properly and maintains a good supply temperature.

Okay I finally got around to powder coating the idler pulley.
I first pulled the seal and taped the roller bearing area. Powder coated it and lubricated the bearing. Then reinstalled the seal. Looks like it worked.
