Since when does 15 times 6 equal 60-70?? Not when I went to school!!! I've never seen a tire that will give you more than 60K milage! And where do you get this info from, or are you just blowin smoke? I'll go with the later!
Better yet! I'd do that right there in front of the shops overhead door before I even leave the lot. I'd really hate to have to drive back to the shop and bitch at them that you can't get the lugs loose!
You should let your weight loosen the lugs instead of jackin your back! This is why you stand and bounce on the end of a breaker bar so that doesn't happen, or am I the only person in the world that thinks outside the box on making a job easier than it has to be?
I painted my bro's hood lettering, I just used a fine brush and got it as close as possible. When dry, I used a loupe and a exact-o knife and scraped a paint close to the stock location. Tedious and time consuming? Oh hell yes! Unless it really looks like crap, no one will really pay attention...
If this hobby has gotten that **** about valve stem caps and judging at car shows. Then people have waaaaaaaay to much time on their hands, and need to figure out the meaning of life. Are you really serious? Just needed to vent here! Good Luck with whatever you do.
What next? Getting dinged...
I think everybody has some type of complaint about crap on tires, I know I do. I do know that Wesley's Bleach White or any other type product and a stiff bristle brush works super for cleaning them. I guess it's just part of owning a car? I will be watching this. Good Luck
