If it's an original automatic trans car, standard radiator is 22 inch wide. If axle package car or 4-speed it got 26 inch radiator. Yes, auto a/c cars got 26 inch radiator also.
My 70 Sport Satellite 318 came with 3.23 8-3/4. It is B7 blue with white and blue interior, white vinyl top. It would be nice if you shared pictures of the B3 blue car you are looking at.
Check firewall bulkhead connection where amp wire goes through. It is most likely bad connection there or at amp meter gauge. These are the issues that literally burn these cars up.
Looks like you have aftermarket valve covers, so no hold down clip for heater hose. I would just go with the hose bracket that 69-70 used, that screws to inner fender.
