I have one chance. I have a 1968 Plymouth Fury III parts car. I can't remember if the T/S worked when I drove it. I don't even know if it's a crossover part with my Charger, but I'm desperate. I may have to try.
If I have my gauge pod unhooked and removed should the dash lights with the orange wires light up or do they ground to the body of the gauge pod? If I ground them with a jumper wire, they light up but not if I remove the wire.
The engine harness and the headlight harness at the bulkhead aren't plugged in. I've just got a yellow jumper wire from the bulkhead to the starter relay to start the car and a hot wire going into the bulkhead plug in where the positive battery wire powers up the dash and fuse box.

With regards to the bulkhead wiring plugs, I took the 3 speed wiper from 1968 Plymouth Fury III (C body) and plugged it into my 1968 Dodge Charger (B body) and the wipers worked, changed speeds and even parked. So that's good.
