You need the time delay to keep the relay open, flash power on off, and doesn't allow to stay open to continuously flash. Without, the lights will go on off and flash with the DRL and when parking, will just stay on. You need to have or wont work. That is actually the trick.

You can hear the relays some, but loader sound i think is me hitting switches. Mic is very sensitive.

One thing i had to do for all of the LEDs to flash correctly after installing both LED flashers with the ground, was to swap the positive and negative wires in the plug. Only it doesn't work normally.

Not sure what you disagree with. Having all lights as High/Low or these are not low beam? I like the look of having all on as High/Low. This is the Low beam. These lights are very bright and DOT Approved.

You can leave the white Halo on with Headlights, its fine, looks better and legal. I still flash the amber with headlights on. I do not have amber parking halo with headlights.
