This is easy if you do it rite. Have the hood and hinge on the car, put the rear of the spring on the hinge first then get some rope and loop it and hook it onto the front of the spring (Where the hook end is) then cut off about 1 foot of an old broom handle and wrap the free end of the rope...

Do you have a fan shroud? If you don't the fan will have a hard time pulling the air threw all the rad fins.
