I ended up,putting the body panels on the car and selling it as is.I would have loved to finish this car but I had to bring my Sundance home and just didn't have the room.
Hey guy's I went to Moparfest to day in search of a bunch of parts for my 1976 big block 400ci motor in a 1974 Plymouth Satellite. and found most of the stuff I needed but I'm, having a problem with 2 pulleys I got.The crank and water pump pulleys are hitting each other,I'm sure the A/C 4 grove...
Do you run the 1/4mile? I plan to that's my reason for concern, the 400ci car is a daily driver but my 440 is a punched out 500ci stroker and I don't want to take any chances when blasting down the 1/4mile.
The pulley size matters,I know pumps can burn up if not matted rite.Ie: Small pulley on a small block runs to fast that's the reason for the bigger pulley.I just want to be sure I have the rite size pulley for my big block.
I could only find 2 of them. The one on the rite should bolt up to a big block but I don't think it's the rite pulley,I'm sure it's off of a 1973 Satellite 400 car.
I would guess the one on the left is a small block due to the slightly larger pulley and bracket setup.
I have 3 sitting here all a little differnt and I forget what one go's on my 1974 Satelllite lol The car is originally a 318 car converted to a big block 400...The pumps I have would be from a 318 motor and 2 from 400 motors.I'll post this now and some pic's shortly after.
Sounds like the Sending Unit to Fuel Line Ground strap. It's there to ensure a good ground. It's used to ground the sending unit with out it you have to rely on the gas tank straps getting a good ground. If your fuel gauge acts up check the ground strap before any thing else.

I'm glad every one is ok!
.....I'd love to smash there faces in....My friend had that happen to his brothers family but these jerk offs were not so nice about it.They held a shot gun to his little girls head and put her in the bath tub and told her they were going to blow her head off...They...
Mine came out easy on my Sundance but my Satellite was harder to do.I found the easy thing to do was to remove the 4 K frame bolts, with the car supported by jack stands I put a chunk of 2x4 on the back side of the K frame (where the oil pan would sit behind) and I hit it with a sledge hammer a...
