I am guessing all of the distributors buy from the same producer. Mega shows one specifically for 68-70 Plymouth B bodies. I have not bought one of these so I cannot comment on the accuracy of the piece.

Pretty sure they were all black. I have seen many "grey" ones which are weathered from time. A quick trip through the bead blaster and the black shows back up.

Looking closely at the pictures posted, I believe this is the case. Someone took the liberty of softening the texture on the bottom of the hood prior to paint. Not a big deal except to OE detail fanatics. In a judging environment, this would be a deduction.
