The hood looks original to me. As for the fit, what you have in the picture above is very common with the Dodge hoods. Back center and sides have sagged over time with the rear corners raising up. A good fiberglass guy will get it to fit by reshaping it to the proper contours. I takes time...

The K frame date faces the front of the car just above the radiator yoke support bar. This should help you find it. D

No skid plate in 1969 on the six pack cars. K-frame will be the "hybrid" 69 top/70 bottom dated (I have an educated guess). Yes, LCA bumper stops will have the shim plate. D
