I feel your pain , I’m doing to my car some of same front improvement , LCA sway bar ect ,suggestions by members here
One thing I didn’t read , steering wheel size , seem to help me , I went with Tuff wheel , little smaller than my factory wheel

hi all , I know there a thousand treads on dis brakes , and iv read a lot of them , so many got me confused, what iv got is a 1970 GTX , original 4 wheel drum non power brakes
I just ordered wilwood front 6 pistol 13”” rotors,brake kit for drum spindle,
Going with wilwood in rear also...
Slow going , working overtime saving coupons, inline brake s/s lines , in the mail , hope in the next week or two can come up with brakes ,
Most of my troubles I create myself by getting in a hurry , trying to save money, working with what i got , not this front end build going to take my time...
Iv already got the rebuild kit , so I’m going use it with original LCA, I found a set on eBay they look ok OEM Mopar 1970 B & E Body Lower Control Arms RT & LT With Sway Bar Mount F/S | eBay
Ya bent bad , I didn’t notice till I was going clean it up and remove old bushing , The torsion Bar was hard to remove on that side also .

Hat off to all y’all seen something wrong , it’s LCA bent like horse shoe ,, rebuild kits not going to help this , hard to get picture

Looked at web site , I really like the fact they only deal in Mopars , I’ll give them a call next week , I worried about the clearance on steering linkage and torsion Bar, I went with a1.03 bar , haven’t installed yet , but it looks a good bit bigger,
I’m also going to change steering linkage...

I’ll do that , don’t like poly because of the squeaky, used poly bushing etc on a jeep, red looked cool but sounded awful , I went with rubber on about everything, but think Ill use poly on sway bar , who makes a good bar , by good I mean one that fits lol
Not many mopar guys around that I know of , a lot of Chevy people, I was a Chevy person , till I inherited the GTX , chevys are a lot easier to work on , find parts,swap around parts all the way around,, everything I do to this Mopar is a pain in the ***, car is big as a boat , and no damn...
