I've been of the belief that the best way to lose weight is to simply cut calories, working out makes my metabolism ramp up so I just eat more. It seems athletes have it even harder after quitting sports, after being at such a high level for so long its difficult for them to eat "small".

It must work like the old SUN machines. A clip for the coil wire, a clip for No. 1, a clip on the neg coil wire. High spikes indicate high voltage needed to fire, bad wire, bad plug. Low spikes are cyls that have lower compression. I still use old sun machines on Marine 4 cycle inboards every day.
