Stumbled across an auction of Mr Norms stuff this morning. Just passing it on in case anyone has interest.
Hope I’m not breaking any rules and I have no affiliation with it but I thought it was interesting...
FYI, just called Mo-Par City (815)-732-7751 because someone told me they were still doing business and yes, they answered the phone and said the business is for sale but they are still open and selling. Not sure how long they’ll be there so if you need something, don’t wait!
Growing up in Kenosha (home of AMC headquarters) there were Gremlins, Javelins, AMX’s everywhere. My buddy had a Gremlin with a hot 390 that was stupid fast. My first car was a ‘68 Javelin with a 343 & 4sp. Here’s a pic of the current project that I’m working on for a friend, ‘69 Javelin with a...

Having been born and raised in Kenosha, I’m used to seeing them and all the other AMC’s all the time. Just driving around town I’ll see the occasional Eagle, Concord, Ambassador, etc. My first car was a ‘68 Javelin with the oddball 343 and a four speed (wish I could find pics and post them).
The key is to find one flexible enough for use but doesn’t kink. Also, I had to grind out metal on the inside of my hf gun to greatly increase flow (poor casting). Made a huge difference.
My first Corvette was a 85 C4, poorly built car but still fun. Picked up my “dream” 64 stingray coup 327 4 speed but had to sell it after 12 years due to family health issues. Awesome car that always got looks. Bought my first Mopar 73 Challenger basket case project. Just finished it a few...
