It's been my experience that when the valence corner seams are missing, it's usually because of rust out, and a cheap bondo fix!

I paid $1778 for my first base '70 Charger, a one owner 29K mile car in 1974. After it was totaled in 78, thirty years later, in 2004, I paid 10K for my current car, a one owner all original '70 Charger 500! :)
