Thanks Mechanic for your thread & review... Thinking I'm going to give them a shot up front and in the back.
Thanks Goon for the price shopping find at Summit.
Yup! Check the outer edge of the bucket's to insure they're in the right position. "HI/LOW" is outer light's, "HI" is inside lights. Also they are labeled left-hand "LT" and right-hand "RT" as well.
Look at your picture......under one stud there is raised letter's that say "RED". That's the red wire coming in from your bulkhead connector under the dash, that leads out on the opposite side (under the hood), and has a fusible link and connects to the starter relay. Black isn't a ground per...
Are you talking about the front parking/turn signal light's? 1969 roadrunners did not come with lighted side marker lights...just reflector's.
Or are your talking about the fender mounted turn signal indicator's?
Had the same issue on my '68 coronet. I was able to solder mine. Took at steady hand. I used a little precision stand with alligator clips to hold the pins in place while soldering. If unable to fix yours, folks sell reproduction boards. Like mentioned by mightymopar, folks like Classic...
Don't know about any clear ones, but I've had my best luck with the Blue Streak Cap & Rotor's, with the brass tipped rotor and brass cap terminals. Nice choice on the Firecore 50 wires!

Any bone yard's around you? I believe some A&C bodies would share the same config. terminal connector. A 1970 and newer wont work because it has more terminals and a different terminal design. You can find generic/universal terminal plug connectors at most electrical supply store's or easily...
The Blue Streaks are in Brass as well. The old one was just aluminum. Not impressed with the quality of it. Thanks for the tip on the Taylor's. Hoping the change cured the issue. As far as points, I remember being on the side of the highway, about January and 20 some below zero. Frozen...
That is worth a laugh and a chuckle Sleepar. I'll let you gather and relish all the dual points you can muster. Myself, no way. That's like going back to salting meat instead of using a fridge.
Replaced the cheapo cap/rotor with a Blue Streak set (Made in America!!). Anyways, no miss to be...
Oh I leave plenty of decibel's for that Dave. I built and tuned the system for a nice crisp, clear, full sound.....not the blow your ear drum's out, thumpity thump, wang tang war sounds like some cat's do. A guy can only take so many years of the AM playing "Democracy Now" and "Today's Farm...
