H1 sealed beam don't line up?

Yup! Check the outer edge of the bucket's to insure they're in the right position. "HI/LOW" is outer light's, "HI" is inside lights. Also they are labeled left-hand "LT" and right-hand "RT" as well.

Have you upgraded your alternator or added extra amp draw?

    ammeter. which hot(red), which ground(black)

Look at your picture......under one stud there is raised letter's that say "RED". That's the red wire coming in from your bulkhead connector under the dash, that leads out on the opposite side (under the hood), and has a fusible link and connects to the starter relay. Black isn't a ground per...

Not too familiar with the newer model B-Bodies, but does your dash have the dash voltage limiter like the older B-Bodies?

    front marker lights

Are you talking about the front parking/turn signal light's? 1969 roadrunners did not come with lighted side marker lights...just reflector's. Or are your talking about the fender mounted turn signal indicator's?

68 Roadrunner gauge cluster help-broken pins

Had the same issue on my '68 coronet. I was able to solder mine. Took at steady hand. I used a little precision stand with alligator clips to hold the pins in place while soldering. If unable to fix yours, folks sell reproduction boards. Like mentioned by mightymopar, folks like Classic...

Best cap/rotor replacement or UPGRADE for a stock mopar 383 distributor??

Don't know about any clear ones, but I've had my best luck with the Blue Streak Cap & Rotor's, with the brass tipped rotor and brass cap terminals. Nice choice on the Firecore 50 wires!

    Disable parking lights

That's interesting that they want you to Modify your car away from factory spec's. Here in the states, replaced technology/standards is just grandfathered in if it came that way from the factory. Anyways, I would think you would need to obviously segregate off that circuit it's currently on...

    Turn signal harness connector .

Any bone yard's around you? I believe some A&C bodies would share the same config. terminal connector. A 1970 and newer wont work because it has more terminals and a different terminal design. You can find generic/universal terminal plug connectors at most electrical supply store's or easily...

    Ignition switch/Voltmeter issue

Did you tap into the ignition switch wire for your voltmeter +12V power supply, or is the power coming from a different source, like the fuse box?

Isolated miss, while cruising, only at 1400-1500RPM

The Blue Streaks are in Brass as well. The old one was just aluminum. Not impressed with the quality of it. Thanks for the tip on the Taylor's. Hoping the change cured the issue. As far as points, I remember being on the side of the highway, about January and 20 some below zero. Frozen...

That is worth a laugh and a chuckle Sleepar. I'll let you gather and relish all the dual points you can muster. Myself, no way. That's like going back to salting meat instead of using a fridge. Replaced the cheapo cap/rotor with a Blue Streak set (Made in America!!). Anyways, no miss to be...

Recommended Plug wires for my 440 (70) now HEI?

Oh I leave plenty of decibel's for that Dave. I built and tuned the system for a nice crisp, clear, full sound.....not the blow your ear drum's out, thumpity thump, wang tang war sounds like some cat's do. A guy can only take so many years of the AM playing "Democracy Now" and "Today's Farm...

Same as these other fella's...On my third car with one. Never had an issue. I wouldn't go back. They are a noticeable performance upgrade IMO.

Thanks Gentlemen. Both those are easy & cheap to accomplish, and i'll be trying out this weekend hopefully. Thank you for your input.
