Not really. I know several people who don't have a SO #s on the radiator support. Mine is a Dec 67 build and the radiator support was original. Things were not standard at all plants. Mine came from Hamtramick.
Since you are in Detroit I can reccomend Ray's Radiator. He blasted my car and had no issues with anything. Have taken all kind of stuff there to blast. Here is the link http://www.raysradiator-hotrodshop.com/media-blasting-sterling-heights.html

I used the chart you show, and when I took it into a frame shop to have it checked out on my 68 charger, I was closer than the factory would have been according to the shop. I was within 1/16" side to side length wise and under 1/8" diagonal measurements. Good luck.
