The factory clear had lifted over the flat surfaces only. Therefore, the roof, hood and tops of doors were sanded to bare metal. The rest was sanded and primed. Naturally, base/clear was my first choice, but considering the year, mileage on the car and cost, single stage was chosen. For $500...

No they can't. The windshield and seal prevent access to the screws which hold the clips into position. To determine what type and quantity of clips you need, you'll have to tell us the year and model of vehicle.

I have the felt already. How does the stainless trim piece that the felt slides into come off of the window?

Need to replace the rubber window seal that fits into the trim on the leading edge of the quarter glass on a 65 Belvedere 2. Any idea on how the trim is secured to the window? How is it removed?
