Just wanted to update: the new return hose is in place and I decided to route the pressure line forward under the battery tray. Had to make a small bracket to support it but it seems to work and is a clean look, IMO.
The valve photo is off the web, BUT mine is a 5/8" at the valve and 3/8" at the pump. The hose photo is mine and as you can see the hose ends are quite different in size. I have found a local company that makes hoses. I plan to visit them today and see if they can make this hose. But thanks for...

Fran, thanks for the pics. I looked at running the hose to rear rather than the front off the top of the box. Doesn’t work so I appreciate the photos showing how it’s oriented toward the front of the car. Much appreciated.
