Help inspecting a car in Vermont?

I was curious if anyone in the VT, NH region could check out a car. A ‘61 Imperial. Not a B body I know but a fellow Mopar eh? It’s located in Maidstone, VT. About 40 minutes from the Canadian border and about 25 minutes from Colebrook, NH. I want to ship the car home to Connecticut but I’m...

    Transmission

How many miles on the trans? Sounds like very little. Drop the pan, check and replace the filter and fluid. Do a quick band adjustment and drive it till it explodes. No reason to fix what aint broke.

Dodge Polara in 007 "You Only Live Twice" 1967

Back then Japanese (lawyers, yakuza gang members, politicians etc.) loved American cars. Specifically the big C bodies, imperials, Lincolns, Cadillacs. Nothing they had on their market even came close to the luxury size and comfort

    1966 Playboy Pink Charger

    1966 Playboy Pink Charger

Curious if anyone knows what may have happened to this car. The first car given to a Playmate was in 1964 (a pink 64 Ford Mustang convertible). For ‘66 the Playmate of the Year - Allison Parks - was given the choice for a new Dodge Charger; which she opted for because she had children, and...

After making a few personal plates for myself and close friends I’ve decided to try and design/reproduce any hard to find license plates that have been lost to history. (The ones I’ve tested with already) Not everyone wants to spend $300 at Carlisle for a rare plate they once saw 16 years...

    Radar a Detector which one?

I use a V1 in my old car just to keep the old 80s look. I use it when I drive around cities or I got out back road racing with the boys. When I go on long distance trips - like my recent North Carolina to Maine and back trip to pick up a car - I use a Uniden R3. Long range detection is...

    Radar a Detector which one?

While Waze is a great app (especially if you live in large metro city or by a busy expressway) using Waze in CONJUNCTION with a GOOD radar detector is unstoppable. Until the entire law enforcement community uses lasers, detectors won’t be obsolete. Just junk detectors will be. Dennis...
