    I've also started cutting out rust and previous shitty work on the body. The bludgers had just slapped a sheet of steel over the top of a rusted panel and brazed it on there. Anyway took it off to find more rust underneath.

    So my first attempt at bogging went alright. It’s much more time consuming then i thought. I didn’t get a picture of it just before spraying. But the epoxy went on pretty good.

    Yeah i agree now that i have pulled the carbs down. The Promaxx gear comes with some of the end stuff that i will need. Plus if i get ProCarb ( the local carb replater) to do them, he said he has the correct parts to fit to. Will wait and see what i need once i get the Promaxx gear.

    Ive seen this pump online at summit, it doesnt have the same appearance as the one i have, well the inlet side at least. Is this style for the use with a vapour separator?

    I’ve stripped my fuel pump to inspect the internals. Does anyone know the specs of this pump? I’ve tried searching the web but no luck. Also when I took it apart a small foam block fell out. Where does that go?

    I did find some 6 pack kits, they werent cheap and the shipping killled it for me. Hopefully this kit i am gettting does the job otherwise this poor man will have to pay twice.

    Holley HO37-1543 Carburetor Rebuild/Fast Kit 2300 Models 350-500 this is the kit that i could get locally, well in Australia anyway. Hopefully its got some parts that will be alright because i bought 3 of them

    Yeah they are really stuck on there good. The only kit i could source locally isnt the 6 pack kit. its a holley fast 2300 kit, but it doesnt look like it comes with the secondary metering plate gasket. I have to try hunt that down now
