    I have found the catch sets to high. Get a coat hanger and build one a little shorter then modify the one you have.

    It's sad how bad parts have gotten. You should be on the heavy diesel side volvo is the worst. Oring this and that parts people hand you what it calls for but it's either to big or to small. Doesn't have a flat side or it does. Then your told it's been upgraded to this or that.

    I use around battery cable at starter protects from heat also.

    Give this a thought on protection of wires next time. Go to hose house ask for fire hose the size you need. Then use heat shrink on both side to make it neat. Just a thought

    Use the ring you have match it up to the half hole and then mark out the other side. Use a jig saw cut out the hole and mark the hold down screw holes.
