Hello everyone, I am getting ready to install (have someone install) my windshield on my 63 Sport Fury. Do I need to install the trim clips first? My guess is trim clips in, then the gasket/windshield, and then the trim? I think I have the correct clips- Am I missing anything? Thanks!

Hey guys, looking to install my 63 sport fury hood spear. I can't seem to find the right type of retaining clip, or whatever it is called for the spear. I know it's not a regular trim clip, it's a push on of some kind?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Not too excited about drilling holes......Looks like i just center the notch in the seal with the hood latch and mark the holes on either side?

Did these cars not come with a hood/radiator seal from the factory?

It looks like the one in that picture. Not the large one in the previous post. It's the thinner one that DMT sells for small blocks.

They seem to work but don’t “pull” the trim into the body as tight as the spring clips do.....

I could try to flatten the head so it’s more like the original clips?

Not able to find anything specific to a 63. Looking at alternatives does anyone see a reason this late model plastic clip wouldn't work? It fits in the channel and the body holes.

I finally got a full set of SS side molding for my Sport Fury. I know the ends have studs on them and then there are little metal spring clips that push into the holes down the side of the body. What I am not sure about is the flat piece that goes between the stainless trim pieces. Is that...

Hey guys, I tried putting the trunk lid on today, and am having some issues with the fit. I see how to adjust the alignment front to back but the lid isn't lining up flush with the body vertically. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks!
