Sorry about that for some reason I was thinking black. I know herb's parts has several other colors available you might check with him. I have also had DuPont vinyl die mixed up and it has worked very well. As always preparation is key.

SEM landau black is a pretty good match for original Chrysler black in my experience. I have used herbs parts black but IMO it is to flat when dry.

If it worked before, I would say start with the horn wire inside the steering wheel. Most of the A/M steering wheels have mount kits. Like a Grant wheel for example. Might make sure it is the correct instalation kit for the wheel. Other than that maybe a bad horn switch? If I am remebering...
If they were built after Dec. 1968. They had to be in the new cars as of January 1969.
My 1969 GTX is an early build car and only has the low back bucket with no headrest. My 69 Bee does have the headrest but it is built Jan 69 as best I remember.

I have heard a lot of good things said about the new interior paint offered my Herb's Parts. You might check with them. I have also used DuPont Vinyl die and SEM die with good results. You have to make sure it is clean before you start to die it.

I am sorry, but I do not have the correct tracks. They may very well repop the tracks as PG classic has came out with different year and body repop tracks. You could also post a wanted add in the wanted section.

From what I can see in the pictures they do look like the correct 69 A and B body buckets you need. The seat frame is the same A or B body , but the tracks are different. The headrest are correct for the 1969 year model.
All mopar bucket seats 70 -up are the high back style with the head rest...
Dupont makes a good vinyl dye. Comes ready to spray just poor it in your gun. The also make a plastic and vinyl cleaner to use first. Not the cheapest, but has worked well for me.
