Yeah I looked too. Rockauto shows mc’s that look like they’re made for power disc brakes they say they work manual drum brakes too but I wouldn’t trust them. I guess we gotta look for parts Swaps meets, junkyards or just have them rebuilt is kits.
My 71 style master cylinder leaks a little around the cap no big deal i just wipe it down once a month. People have said to me it’s normal to leak a little bad design . Thinking the old style with the bolt holding the lid may seal better. Not gonna change it unless its really bad.

I’m not sure if it’s cast iron it’s from advance auto parts. No rust on gasket but some on the rim edge of master cylinder. I feel Moister the bottom of the master cylinder that’s after I drive.
