The one on cowl has 9 holes too. I thought same as you and ordered the hood to cowl and mounted it on hood when I found it wouldn’t fit the cowl. well dadsbee don’t know. This could be a mystery. for some time.

Isn't that the seal that is mounted on the inside and rear of the hood? I need one that is mounted on the cowl itself.
