you swap the spindles...and then install other spindles and new stuff..like pads/rotors/bearings/hoses/etc...done it at least 3 times...didn't need a prop valve or different master cylinder
I just used the 73 spindles...same as your 75's and installed the rotors...caliphers...new brake lines..no prop valve and no new master cylinder and the car stops excellent. Third car I've done this on....oh...and a frontend alignment. Nothing new to the suspension except the spindles....Good...

I did the conversion on 2 67 coronets and 1 67 satellite and all's I did was remove the drums/spindles and replace with A body spindles and the rotors/caliphers etc...did nothing with prop valves or master cylinder and the brakes work like new

I converted 3 B body ,manual drum brakes to front disc brake setup with 73 duster spindles....hoses,pads,calipher,bearing,install kit from napa and NONE had the master cylinder changed or anything with the prop valve. No issues....see my avitar..the R/T is the most recent disc change.
done several times and I buy used spindles off a 74 A body and get the bearings/rotors/caliphers/pads/install kit/hoses from napa...cheapest route to go
yes because the one wheel was the only one incorrect...you can look under the car and have the wheel turned and I'm sure you'll see it hitting on somewhere of the turn radius..I had one on my 67 r/t...same symptoms...changed wheel...life was better...stock backspacing for mopars will work on a...
