My 498 made best power at 5400....it was a waste of time and rpm to take it higher....I wouldn't go over 6000 again......again by meaning I snapped my cam in half at 6000+
I installed a 472 hemi and the TTI headers made it impossible to install any type of stock tube...so I ran an external off the side of the oilpan...I always want to know the oil level...and this works well
what's the best street/drag tire for a 67 R/T with a 472 stroker hemi...My 245x60x15 radial ta's are not gripping. I'd like a sticky grip for the street and occasional track run if possible with one type tire.
well yes...it's easier to buy and install..and can be cheaper depending on the skill level of a person doing a home made part..I don't have a cow but I drink milk
