I don't own one, but I also REALLY love the 65 Satellite's and Belvedere's and you sir, had and now have, two VERY nice examples of those awesome cars! :)
Richard
It is a REALLY nice car with excellent fit and finish and has awesome detail as all of the highway 61 diecast cars have.:yes: By the way, if you check out the link I posted here to Supercar Collectibles, you will see that they have this car that usually sells for $64.95 on sale for $33.33...
I agree, I have some of them and they are VERY nice! These pictures are from the Supercar Collectibles web site, as I don't take mine out of their boxes!

For you 65 Plymouth enthusiast, I thought that you might be interested in checking out the soon to be released 65 Plymouth "California Flash" Super Stocker. For those of you who collect diecast cars, this car will be made by Highway 61, who makes REALLY nice diecast! I have all of their...
I'm not sure because I've never had one, but here's some pictures of a complete 64-65 set-up that was on ebay awhile ago. I know that the 66-68 console mounted tach's also required a sending unit.
Richard
What's the going rate for the 64-65 factory tach's these days? I have seen the 66-67 factory tach's go for well over $500.00 and even more if the sending unit is included

Here's a VERY cool part you don't see very often! I wonder...
I totally agree. Don't get me wrong, I REALLY love my 66 Coronet 500 and will keep it forever, but if I had to admit the complete truth, I was looking for a 65 Belvedere or Satellite in 1989 when I bought my Coronet, but couldn't find one in my neck of the woods, so I bought my 66.
The fact...
Yep, it's an outrageous price and no, it wasn't sold at that price, but that's not the point. The point is, that is an AWESOME car and I'd LOVE to have it. As far as the white headliner goes, I noticed that, but do you REALLY think that's what folks would be looking at if you pulled up in...
:rolling: me to, but hey, if your gonna dream, you might as well dream BIG right? Shoot, with that red interior, Santa would probably KEEP IT for his own ride! :santa:
Richard
If he were to put that sucker underneath my Christmas tree, I'd PROMISE to give it a good home and not scare little kids and animals in my neighborhood.........much!
As far as the black and red color combo goes, how can you not love that? That thing is just KILLER!
Richard
Ok, I thought about selling blood, taking new test medicines for pay, selling my left nut and even after all of that, I'm still gonna be a little short, so I'm gonna ask Santa to put it under my tree this year!:christmas_presents::Santa1:
