    Model maker goofed

The '68 HT is coming mid-year, supposedly new tooling. MCW and Scale Finishes both have lacquer for air brush use, in pretty much any factory or other color you want. For windows and a lot of other stuff, Evergreen's Canopy Glue is a godsend. A good model-making forum/site is Mopars In Scale.

It's a dark green, pretty close match to dash, kick panels and package tray but a bit darker.

    Score at wally world

Nice ! Based the AMT Road Runner & GTX kits I've built, vs the Revell Charger kits a buddy has built, Revell does a better job on tooling, accuracy, & details. There's a good Mopar model-building site called Mopars In Scale; some amazing builds there.

    1964 Belvedere 383/4 speed not mine $30000

Nice looking car - ad needs more photos. Might be worth that - hard to tell - seems a pretty ambitious price, but 383 4-speed '64s are not common.

    wheel color?

Depends on the car's wheels/covers/caps: On my '68 - originally a full wheel cover car - all the wheels are black. My '69 - original poverty cap car - all the wheels are body color, including the spare. My Road Wheel (Magnums) cars had black spare wheels.
