MCW and Scale Finishes both have lacquer for air brush use, in pretty much any factory or other color you want.
For windows and a lot of other stuff, Evergreen's Canopy Glue is a godsend.

Based the AMT Road Runner & GTX kits I've built, vs the Revell Charger kits a buddy has built, Revell does a better job on tooling, accuracy, & details.
There's a good Mopar model-building site called Mopars In Scale; some amazing builds there.
Depends on the car's wheels/covers/caps:
On my '68 - originally a full wheel cover car - all the wheels are black.
My '69 - original poverty cap car - all the wheels are body color, including the spare.
My Road Wheel (Magnums) cars had black spare wheels.
