    Rear Sway Bar

Thanks guys! As always, a wealth of advice. I was wondering if I may need to move brake lines, or if my 3” exhaust may be in the way.

    Rear Sway Bar

Looks like PST rear bar is 7/8 inch. Would that be a bit much for what I’m after? Motor is a 440 six pack. I’m not sure about the leaf springs. How do I tell stage 4 or not? I think they are probably stock.

    Rear Sway Bar

I have .96 torsion bars now. The Firm Feel rear sway is nice how it mounts, but is about twice as much as others! I think that 3/4 inch is what I need. Just improve the roll a bit without the harsh ride. I know a buddy put the PST rear bar on his 69 Charger and said it it was a good improvement...

    Rear Sway Bar

I have a 1969 Super Bee that has 1 1/4 front sway bar, Bilstein shocks. Thinking of adding a rear sway bar. I see them from Summit, PST, Hellwig, QA1, Firm Feel, Hotchkis, etc. Any suggestions on which one to go with. Hollow or solid? Tires are 275/60/15 on back, 225/70/15 on front. Maybe 3/4 inch?

    Front Sway Bar

I know someone who has a factory one, but, thought a bigger aftermarket one would be better

    Front Sway Bar

So, Addco may have different mounts that will straighten out the angles?

    Front Sway Bar

The angles on the end links aren’t very good. Bushings will continue to wear. Another reviewer on Summits site under Addco sway bar expressed the same thing. Thinking of getting one that fits better. Car did have a factory bar on front. Which brand might be better? May even add rear sway bar...

    Front Sway Bar

That may do it! Where do I find those? Summit?

    Front Sway Bar

Mechanic still not happy with the way bar fits. Tried it with hump up and down. Not sure if it’s the right sway bar for the car. Still can’t identify what kind it is. If I decide to replace it, is the Summit one good, or is Hellwig or another one worth the extra money?

    Front Sway Bar

Probably right for the build and the time frame.

    Front Sway Bar

Thanks a lot for the help. Mine is a bigger aftermarket one. No idea of the manufacturer. Silver one with no markings. Likely done 2002 or so.

    Front Sway Bar

Thanks! That’s what I was thinking too. Would the angle be too different at the ends? Look like there’s some spacers on the mid brackets

    Front Sway Bar

This is what it looks like now. Seems right. This is not my car though

    Front Sway Bar

Ok. Probably a silly question, but, I’ll ask anyway. I have a aftermarket front sway bar, probably done 18 years ago. While working on new brakes, some have questioned to angles being different where the ends connect. Thinking that it may be on upside down. The bar has a slight vee shape in the...

    Master Cylinder

I kinda like the stock look, too. It would save me a few bucks to spend on something else she’ll need!

    Master Cylinder

I’m putting in front Wilwood disc on my 69 Super Bee. The Wilwood master is a bit pricey. Should I just suck it up and get it, or just get a stock type m/c?
