Well this is for an A-12 BEE , I don't know of any differences other than an early 69 date code. sway bar mounts are at the front edge?? maybe the E bodys are different.

Yes, the starter seems to work fine, and also works with the course thread 1/2 inch fastener. Not sure if its a prestolite, I am unaware of the starter manufacturers. I was mainly looking for identification of the application, and also if the course 1/2 is correct or a drilled and tapped repair...

I have a 69 1/2 6BBL road runner and have spoken to the original owner, and I have a 71 R/T charger that I know virtually nothing about. I did track down the original 440 block though
I'm hoping so, I am pretty sure the car was raced sometime early in its life, I can see tell tale signs of previous mods like the fuel line cut for electric pump, and an adjustable pinion snubber. plus it was painted black at one time.
