That doesn't even look a little bit like a 69 lynch road tag to me. The tag in post #8 looks like a legit St Louis tag. But it doesn't look my my lr tag either.

Given that they were made at three different plants, it's entirely possible for two RRs to have the same the exact same VIN except for the plant code. Here are two RR's with the same last six.

67 you could get the 273, 2 or 4 barrel, with or without Formula S. 383 had to be Formula S / GTS. No 340 yet. 67-69 anything 340 and above had to be Formula S / GTS, and iirc only 2 barrel below a 340.

My 62 Valiant had the exact same brackets welded to the floor behind the bucket seats. A horrible angle for the belts. The bolts had an eyelet and the seatbelts had double sided hooks. Based on that, the belts/chrome latches, and the Fasten Seat Belt sticker on the dash, clearly period...
