Well as I feared, suspected, researched how to prevent, and everything else possible including days of soaking in penetrating oil, tapping with a hammer to help loosen and let the oil soak in, both of the long sleeve nuts on the passenger side exhaust manifold snapped off near the nut head...

Slightly puzzled on this manifold and what it is. When I look at it I come up with casting number 2683408. After some research that doesn't jive. I've tried some logical variations of that but couldn't decode it. thanks for your help! Brian
