So my 727 leaks on and off. Like it didn't leak for a long while then I jacked it up to do some work and it started leaking, put it down on all 4 tires and no leaks, replaced the fluid that leaked out and it leaked, I refilled it and drove it then parked it after a few days it started to leak...
Does anyone know the full length of the one for a 1973 440 4 bbl with a 727 automatic trans? Also does anyone have a picture of the way it needs to be correctly set up?
My motor is a 1973 440 from a motorhome. It has a mechanical carter fuel pump.
1. My pushrod is 3.225
2. My fuel pump mounts to the block
3. No fuel is getting to the carb
4. I took the lines from the main fuel line from the tank and also the one to the carb. I stuck the inlet hose in a gas can...
So has anyone used one of these? Do I need it? Also can I attach it to a hose clamp instead of the metal of the sending unit where the gas line attaches to?
