In another post I showed the carnage from the broken crank on my 318 nested in between the fenders of my 67 coronet 440, I had always planned on running a stroker just had not planned on it being sooner then later.
The 318 is setup now with a stock bottom end and stock bore...
So I find the time to fix the rear main seal leak and track down the on again off again rattle,knock that I could not tell if it was a crack flexplate or a bottom end issue.
I get the transmission out and look what I found, I think the crank piece that broke off caused the torque convert...

Just got done installing 2.25 dual exhaust, Edelbrock performer rpm air gap intake, Carter AFB 750cfm(Big I know but it was free), MP electronic ignition...
I picked up a Carter 9755s 750cfm carb for my small block stroker project and the part number comes back as GM universal linkage.
