I am looking for pics of your early 383 engine bays and engine pics so I can see what I want to do with my 63 383 in my polra vert. I am not real familiar with the early 383s. any pics and build specs would be appreciated.

Hey gang, I have a couple of questions and need some advise. I just took my 383 engine and trans out to be redone. Its an original 383 push button car and a convertible. I have a650 HP 500 stroker sitting here that I had planned on installing into this car, once it was detuned for the street...
sorry for the bad pics but I am ready to remove the engine and trans to my 63 and have everything detatched, except this cable, which I think is the PUSH BUTTON SHIFTER CABLE???? Or am I mistaken.

I think the title says it all.I am ordering a Sled city Max wedge scoop for my 63 Polara 500 vert.I have a extra hood am an going to mount it on that hood. I need the correct measurements for the scoop??
