Just got a 1967 restored R/T. Everything works electrically except the clock (I know how/where to fix), the backup lights (again, know how to fix) and the factory tack on the console, which is dead. Can anyone direct me to some kind of diagnosis information article about the tach?

When brights are turned on, all 4 headlights are great. When I turn off the brights switch, only the driver's side outer headlight is on. Can't figure out out the right outer light, which should be on both normally and with brights, is only on with the brights? Any ideas?
