Getting ready to start a new engine build.Going to run a Aluminum Indy block and run the Indy heads that are on old motor.
Got the alternator installed.
Got the headlights installed.Alsogoing to make a custom lexan hood scoop.![]()
Dropped the car off at the tuners for some holley carb work and runs on the dyno.
10 Gallon fuel cell with # 10 an return line. Welded the oil fill cap on the valve cover.
Project race alternator install. Got the alternator and just ordered the crankshaft pulley and spacer for custom install.
Got the wiper linkage installed and the wipers.
Got the street tires on for the dyno, the steel roller does not like slicks they spin.Heading for some dyno tuning in about 2 weeks.

had 8 of my 13 RRs were 68s, my 6th silver A4 car was the fastest
8.58 @156 383/479ci (0.40" over 4.15" stroke) alum. galore
heads (ported RPMs 2005-ish) rad, w/p housing, elct. w/p, trick 6bbl & later a single 1050
on a 300hsot N2O, thru 3" mandrel Flowmasters Delta Flow (heavy, glass A12 lift off hood
4.10:1 gears (3.90:1 didn't slow it much if at all) or maybe 4.30's too much rpm on freeway
tried a bunch of different ones, 4.10 was the best of both worlds
custom 4,200 stall rev. MVB 727tf, 315/65R15 M/T (pretty much worn out)
not my fastest car by any stretch but was one of the fun-est to roam the streets
of Sacramento Co. (Rancho Murieta area) from 1997 to 2007 when I sold it to a buddy
