I never like seeing that GM-looking booster and master cylinder on a Mopar. Just my opinion.

Yah great, now you can install yet another Janky looking Chevy master cylinder mounted via a bunch of cheap CNC punched out linkage arms attached to a power booster that juts out way to far into the engine bay.

No thanks

Certain things fit certain needs. ( Edit: some utilize GM HEI ignition for their Mopar engines. ) Unless you seek complete originality, function prevails over appearance in many cases.

Leeds has exactly what I want. I should have bought the kit when it was $900. Now $1400.
Guess I'll just fix my drums. Already have all the parts.
Carpe Diem !

I believe we’ve all been “ in the shoulda woulda coulda “ clan at one time or another!

Hindsight is 20/20 !

I converted my '64 Polara to front disc brakes in 1982, long before any Mopar magazines were writing articles on it, and before some of our members were born. Of course, parts from junk yard donor cars were a lot easier to find, back then. Proper looking Bendix boosters are being reproduced, as well as bracketry for a more original look. Original style master cylinders are still available from parts jobbers, or RockAuto. When I see the aftermarket GM-looking setups on a Mopar, it just screams, " I don't care! ", because it can still be done with appropriate appearing parts. It just takes a little more sourcing, instead of one stop shopping.

Like some seventies A-body Mopars?
