15x 6.5 wheels

how do you read the date code & determine what wheels came from?
I have a 3828925 wheel which is 15 x 6.5-- I have another 15 x6.5 but starts 4 XX, they have slightly different profiles, thanks Lawrence

Not sure about the date code deciphering but I believe the 6.5" are from a 70's truck. I have a set that I made into 8's.
