i know it's not exactly a B-Body, but i have to ask... is there anyone out there willing to try and rescue a 1962 New Yorker? It's rough. i mean, really rough. If i had any kind of resources, i would dearly love to try and bring this car back from the brink. It's complete... but it's been sitting in the woods since the 80s. 413 Golden Lion, 1-owner car with a factory floor 3-spd manual. White. Needs floor pans and most of the sheet metal. After i went and saw it, i had to stop on the side of the road and cry for a minute... (the LF fender seems to be made of moss) i realise it may be too much to deal with, but i have to ask.... These cars are so rare. i can buy the car for next to nothing, but i have nowhere to put it. If interested, i will provide pictures and arrange to move the car...

Anytime.

I hope you find a home for it - always a shame to see them return to the earth.

I would be interested in pictures nonetheless. Neat cars for sure. It's a shame it was left out in the woods.

OK, i've finally got some pics in the camera. i'm gonna start a new thread a little later tonight once i sort through them... there's not only the New Yorker, there are other C-bodies, and at least a dozen B-bodies. All are rough, but maybe there might be something here someone can use in some way

A New Yorker with a floor shift 3 speed manual trans., now that has to be a rare piece. Now I have seen some Newport's with that option.
