62 Plymouth Belvedere 2 door with a stroked 440 {built a while back by a well known engine builder in NC and low millage driven since the build), it has a new Elderbrock RPM BB intake, new 750 Holley Brawler carb, new distributor and ignition box, new fuel tank and fuel lines, 4 wheel manual disc brake conversion done with new brake lines, new steering wheel and carpet with Eastwood X-mat underneath, older rebuild on3 speed 747 trans. The car has sub frame connectors and was originally tubbed but converted back for better street manners. The exhaust is open after the mufflers which certainly adds to the badA** sound this motor produces! The car is extremely quick and WAS an 11 second car when it was tubbed with the previous single high plane intake and 1050 dominator carb. I have primarily driven this car to the occasional car show and cars & coffee gatherings. I've owned the car for about 7 years.
The old paint is wearing along with the clear coat and could certainly use some fresh paint and body work although many ppl say they love the weathered look and to leave it alone. The wipers don't work, nor does the original speedometer (needs a cable) I use GPS on my phone. I never take the car out in any inclement weather anyway and don't care about wipers. The car could use a proper rewire job if someone really wanted to takeit to the next level but lights and turn signals work along with the tach and radio and newer oil pressue water temp guages.
The horn currently does not work as it has a ground issue since I put the new steering wheel/horn on and it would beep when I turned the wheel so just disconnected it.
The car always draws a crowd as most ppl have no idea what it is being a unique 1 year only 62 body style. The Belve has no back seat at the moment and instead replaced with an old school roll bar which can be removed as it installed with high strength plates and bolts.
I hate to let it go but I've been through a number of mopars all the while my cuda has been in a garage in pieces for 15yrs and time to get working on that.
Car is located in Wilmington, NC. Feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.
Price $17,500
