1963 Dodge Polara Parts Wanted

Looking for the following parts for my 1963 Dodge Polara Hardtop:

Chrome Bezel insert for the Dash Cluster (covers trans pushbuttons and heater buttons)- must be for Pushbutton Trans and Heater Delete

Driver Front Interior Door Panel Trim - both the U-shaped and lower straight piece.

Slide Linkage that threads onto the Kickdown rod
