Looks and shines great. Two dings have been repaired. someone drilled a few holes through the back, these are hidden behind the lens. $175 shipped in the lower 48.

Is it a right or left? Does it come with a lens & gaskets??

I have always been under the impression that both sides are the same? I can't say that I have seen any markings on them that indicate a side.
