I have finally decided to part company with my baby. This is an original 1963 Plymouth Savoy. Factory radio and heater delete car. Has been converted into an authentic Max Wedge tribute car. Has many original Max Wedge parts present including exhaust manifolds and air cleaners. Car is painted in bright Viper red. Interior is all new using NOS fabric from SMS fabrics. They also restored the door panels. Dash has been professionally restored by Bill Petrow of Special T's. The engine is an HP 440 out of a 69 GTX that is bored .030 with TRW pistons. Has a Comp Cam with original 13.5 :1 Max Wedge grind. Intake is a reproduction from A&A Transmissions. Has two Edelbrock 500 com carbs with correct linkage from Crossram Connection. The transmission is a built 1965 slip yoke 727 with all A&A internals and a 1971 front pump and Dynamic converter. Also has 5600 rpm Max Wedge Governor. This car is a blast to drive and runs cool in the hottest of days. Super reliable cruiser. Rear end is a 1968 8 3/4 with 3:23 gears and a sure grip. Has new tires and mounter on 15" 63 steel wheels with correct dog dish caps. Battery is mounted correctly in the trunk with vents etc. this car is turn key ready to go. Needs nothing for show and cruise season. Located in Overbrook, KS. I am asking $35,000 or may consider trades for a 1968-70 B Body in like condition. Preferably a GTX.
